
三文魚食譜一向都是西式的,其實可以用上中式醬料,利用加熱迅速的光波爐,無油煙地煮 出美味的三文魚。
中式醬料焗三文魚
材料
- 三文魚 2塊
- 豉油 2茶匙
- 麻油 1茶匙
- 米酒 1茶匙
- 咖啡糖 半包
步驟
- 撕出一張牛油紙,大小約A4大,平放在枱面。
- 把三文魚洗淨抹乾,放在牛油紙上。
- 加入豉油、米酒、麻油,最後撒上咖啡糖到魚肉上。
- 把三文魚包裹起來,封口用釘書釘封好,封得愈密,三文魚愈軟嫩。
- 放入焗爐或光波爐 200C 焗 20分鐘。
Baked Salmon with Chinese Sauces
Ingredient
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice wine
- 1/2 bag brown sugar
Method
- Cut a A4 size baking paper. Put the paper on the tray.
- Put the salmon fillets on the paper.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine on salmon. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top.
- Wrap the baking paper. Make the salmon fillets like a parcel. You may need a stapler to help.
- Put the salmon into oven or halogen cooking pot. Bake 200C for 20 mins. Done.
