
只要3種材料便可以做到先酸後辣的酸辣汁,配上豬扒,令油膩感降低及味道的層次更多。此豬扒醬汁的辣味餘勁很強,而且方便及輕易製作,適合新手。
煎豬扒配簡易酸辣汁
材料
- 辣椒汁 1.5茶匙(辣椒仔汁)
- 白酒醋 2茶匙
- 蜜糖 2茶匙
步驟
- 把辣椒汁、白酒醋及蜜糖倒入小碗,拌勻。
- 試味,按自己喜歡的辣度調整,如發現太辣,加入多點蜜糖。反之,加多數滴辣椒汁。
- 放入小鍋中,中細火煮至濃稠。
- 煎香豬扒後,淋上醬汁即成。

- 1.5 teaspoon tabasco chili sauce
- 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
Method
- Add chili sauce, white wine vinegar and honey into a small bowl.
- Stir and taste the mixture. If the sauce is too spicy, add some honey. Otherwise, add few drops of chili sauce.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan. Heat it gently until sticky and thick.
- After pan-frying pork chops. Add the sauce on top. Done.
